Built and Developed by L&M Development Partners, PS90 is a 75 unit condominium conversion of the old PS90 school on West 148th Street in NYC. Inspired by the famed Hotel de Cluny in Paris, a few blocks south of Notre Dame, this design is notable for it’s iconic block-through “H” plan and allows for far more windows than would otherwise be possible. It also creates two important spaces rarely found in urban residential buildings-a front courtyard that frames and leads to a grand front entrance, and a larger rear courtyard where residents can relax or socialize while enjoying the community of friends and family.
Security for the Building: The Building’s Grand Front Entrance is protected with an iron gate, a Rosslare Access Control System, and a bpt technologies Video Intercom Entry System. Below is a Close-up of the bpt digital vandal-proof video entry panel. This entry panel is made of stainless steel and is recess mounted into the brick to provide protection and a clean look. All digital panels allow visitors to scroll through tenant names or enter directly tenants apartment or code number.
